The Mad Housewife Mexican Party Basket
Did I ever tell you I grew up in a Mexican restaurant? My parents weren't Mexican but that didn't stop them. We had Sangria night on Thursdays. Ever since then, I have loved to cook Mexican. It's terrific for parties. It's quick, inexpensive, and delicious. This basket is inspired by the Mexican dinners that I cook for friends and family. One note of caution... careful with the Sangria. It's got some wang to it. The recipe is genuine inspiration. A male flight attendant on Alaska Airlines coined it "The Slutty Mad Housewife". Whatever you call it, Mad HousewifeSangria is delicious.
