 Charitable Rebate Program
We are often contacted with requests
to support local charitable events. To
make this easier we have created a
Mail-in Rebate program.
The rebate is available for purchases
of Mad Housewife wine that are used
at fundraisers and for charitable events. Eligible products include Mad Housewife Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and White Zinfandel.
Please send in your email request with all the details. Once approved, we will send you the rebate form.
