Charitable Rebate Program

We are often contacted with requests to support local charitable events. To make this easier, we have created a Mail-in Rebate program. Available to non-profit 501(c)3 organizations for purchases of Mad Housewife wine that are used at charitable events and fundraisers

Eligible products include Mad Housewife Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and White Zinfandel.

Please send in your email request with all the details. Once approved, we will send you the rebate form.
